We offer town planning, development and placemaking consultancy at all stages of the development cycle. Our expertise extends across all property sectors gained working on greenfield, brownfield, major regeneration and urban infill sites. Mark McIvor MRICS, MRTPI
Founding Director, MCI Planning and Development
Mark is a RTPI Chartered Town Planner and RICS Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience working extensively in Greater London, Scotland’s Central Belt and Ireland.
MCI was established in 2015 to serve clients and project teams seeking commercially astute property consultancy advice. Mark previously held consultancy roles with global commercial real estate and global property finance advisors in Edinburgh and London.
Mark now splits his time between Derry-Donegal and London from where he works with his team on a wide range of development projects on brownfield and greenfield sites.
Tony McIvor MRTPI
Principal Consultant, MCI Planning and Development
Tony is a chartered town planner with 45 years experience working at the Department of Environment (N.Ire). He has worked on several Area Plans, played a leading role in the introduction of a streamlined planning system and is an expert in regeneration and conservation.
