Full Planning Permission secured for 2 storey light industrial building (class B2) extending over 10,000 square metres with ancillary office accommodation, car parking and landscaping and associated works.
MCI Planning and Development secured a planning permission for the major application located at Elagh Business Park on the Buncrana Road in Derry. MCI also produced a community engagement strategy and hosted a successful public meeting showcasing the proposals.
The planning application was managed alongside the discharge of planning conditions associated with a historic planning permission that covered a portion of the site. This innovative approach helped with the determination of the Full Planning Application which was delivered 4 months after its submission to Council.
