We provided comprehensive planning consultancy services for the proposed Foyle Port Data Centre Campus, supporting the project from early concept through to planning submission. Our role included developing the overall planning strategy, coordinating the preparation of the planning application, and managing the submission process with the relevant authorities.
Working closely with the wider consultant team, we also oversaw project management of key planning deliverables and coordinated environmental assessments to ensure potential impacts were fully considered.
Through a proactive and strategic approach, we helped guide the development toward a robust planning application aligned with regulatory requirements and long-term sustainability objectives.
We also engaged with key stakeholders and statutory consultees to address planning, infrastructure, and environmental considerations associated with the data centre campus. Our approach ensured that technical studies, including environmental and transport assessments, were effectively integrated into the planning process, supporting a coordinated and policy-compliant development proposal.
